On September 28, 2023, a meeting between representatives of the Institute of Education and Management of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University and representatives of the Tajik State University of commerce took place on cooperation issues on the ZOOM platform.

The event was moderated by the director of the institute Tasmagambetov A.S. In his welcoming speech, vice-rector for science and international relations of WKITU Zhubantaev I.N. noted that the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University is interested in expanding cooperation with both national and foreign universities and scientific organizations.Vice-rector for academic affairs Mashanova S.A. presented brief information about the university to familiarize partners.

Representatives of the Tajik State University of commerce noted that it is a great honor for them to cooperate with universities in Kazakhstan. During the exchange of views, possible ways of mutually beneficial cooperation were identified. Interesting for both sides are such areas as academic mobility of students and faculty, the “Visiting professor” program, joint international scientific and practical conferences, joint educational programs, and methodological seminars of departments. As a result of the meeting, it was decided to conclude an agreement on cooperation in the field of science and education, to develop joint educational programs in the EP “Economics”, “Accounting and Audit”, “Finance”, “Management”.
