On September 28, West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology held a meeting with scientists of Atyrau University named after Khalel Dosmukhamedov. The guests of the meeting were Associate Professor of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and World History of Atyrau State University named after H. Dosmukhamedova, Doctor of Historical Sciences – Akhmetova Ulzhan Tulegenovna and Director of the branch of the Association of Sociologists and Political Scientists of Atyrau, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Professor of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and World History of Atyrau State University named after H. Dosmukhamedova – Serik Kuanysh Oryngalievich, who shared fresh data on unidentified representatives repressed in Atyrau (Guryev) region and political tension in this territory. It is reported that these documents are being collected, fresh information about the victims of the repressions of the Soviet Union is being published. The event was attended by teachers of the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology, students and undergraduates of the educational program history.

At the end of the evening, scientists of Atyrau University named after H. Dosmukhamedov donated to the scientific library of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University monographs “Socio-political life of Kazakhstan in the documents of the State Archive of Atyrau region (1920-1940)”, “Representatives of the intelligentsia of Guryev county”, “Institutes of biev, Batyrov, kozh, Zhasaulov, Atalar and Tarkhanov in the structure of the Kazakh Khanate”.
