On October 4, 2024, our University celebrated Higher Education Worker’s Day and Teacher’s Day. The ceremony was attended by the founder of our university, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Honored Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honored Worker of Kazakhstan Tuyakbai Zeituly Rysbekov, scientists and professors, as well as students.

In his congratulatory speech, WKITU rector, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Bekbulat Temerzhanovich Shakeshev, noted that the sphere of higher education today is a driving force that has a special influence on the dynamic development of science and education in the country. Celebrating the professional holiday of employees of higher educational institutions helps to increase the prestige of specialists in the field of higher education, emphasizing their importance in the formation of the educational environment and the development of science. Having expressed good wishes to the scientific community, the rector of the university awarded a number of teachers with a badge and diplomas of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as letters of gratitude for fruitful work in the field of higher education.

Also, on the occasion of the celebration of the “Day of Higher Education Workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, a group of lecturers and employees of our university, who have been successfully working in the field of science and education for many years, received letters of gratitude from the Akim of the West Kazakhstan region and the Akim of Uralsk, from the hands of the acting first vice-rector for academic and methodological work of our university, Mashanova Samal Amangeldievna.

The solemn event ended with a festive concert.
