In the 2023-2024 academic year, the educational laboratory “Building materials” for EP 6B07302-“Construction” at the department of “Architecture and Construction” began work by updating it with modern equipment. It is worth noting that the new laboratory today occupies a special place in teaching students to study the technology of various building materials at the modern level. Students will work with measuring equipment and special innovative tools to determine the physical and mechanical properties of building materials. Working in such laboratories, students already in the first year of study begin to delve into their field, see real building components and create new and improved building materials based on them. As experience shows, this awakens interest, thereby making it easier for senior students to assimilate the material of special disciplines and get involved in construction and production activities.
