On April 30, 2025, Associate Professor L.A. Sadykova from the Department of “Energy, Automation, and Computer Engineering” conducted a seminar on the methodology for organizing master classes for the instructors of the Institute of Industry Technologies.

The seminar addressed the goals and objectives of the master class, the role of the facilitator, the criteria for conducting the class, the technology algorithm, and the advantages of master classes.

All this information led to the conclusion that master classes are an effective form of professional training. The methodological recommendations presented during the seminar will ensure high-quality preparation and effective conduct of sessions within the framework of qualification testing during certification, competitions, and the exchange of experiences among instructors.
