On April 20, 2026, within the framework of the “Silver University” project, the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Technosphere Safety held another therapeutic physical exercise session aimed at improving the quality of life of senior citizens, developing their physical activity, and strengthening their health. The event was organized according to the therapeutic physical exercise program for project participants. The “Silver University” project is being implemented in many universities of Kazakhstan as a form of lifelong learning and active longevity.
The session was conducted by Senior Lecturer M.M. Utarova. During the meeting, participants performed a set of health-improving exercises aimed at enhancing overall well-being, developing joint mobility, strengthening muscle tone, and maintaining an active lifestyle. Special attention was paid to the correct technique of movements and following recommendations regarding physical activity.
Senior participants took an active part in the session, noting its practical benefits, accessibility, and positive impact on their emotional well-being. Such activities contribute to strengthening health, expanding social interaction, and increasing the social activity of participants.
