The Association of Urbanists of Kazakhstan has provided the library of our university with a set: “The Standard of integrated development of the territories of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, published in order to further improve the regulatory framework in the field of urban planning and architectural design, as well as the development of urban studies in the modern applied field of education.

This book is a methodological guide for bringing the country’s cities to the level of cities of civilized countries, as well as the development of built-up and the development of new territories.

The recommendations formulated are aimed at shaping the appearance of the cities of Kazakhstan and preserving historical buildings through the most efficient use of public spaces.

Students and teachers of the Faculty of Engineering and Humanities in the educational programs “Architecture” and “Construction” got acquainted with the standards as sources of necessary, useful information.
