On May 2, 2025, a curatorial hour was held at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Institute of Education and Management of WKITU on the topic “The Spirit of Victory – in the Memory of Generations”, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.
The purpose of the event: to expand students’ historical knowledge of the Great Patriotic War; to analyze the concepts of heroism, courage and patriotism from a psychological point of view; to promote the development of independent search skills, information literacy and analytical thinking using ChatGPT; to consider the heroic life path of an individual as a psychological model.
On the topics “Personal qualities and military psychology of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly”, “Internal experiences and fortitude of a soldier during the war”, “Psychological burden of mothers”, each group analyzed the information received from ChatGPT and conducted a brief poster defense. The topics discussed included motivation for heroism, human behavior under stress, warrior psychology, and post-war adaptation issues. In the “Conversation with Artificial Intelligence: The Voice of a Hero” section, students created a war veteran character using ChatGPT and performed a stage production in a question-and-answer format.
