On December 5, 2024, a master class on “Innovative approaches in teaching economic disciplines” was held at the Department of Law of the Institute of Industrial Technologies. The event was conducted by senior lecturer of the department Ayesheva G.A.

The master class was aimed at updating teachers’ knowledge about modern methods and forms of education.

The master class consisted of a theoretical and practical part. The methods and techniques of organizing innovative technologies as means of activating cognitive activity and motivating students were considered, experience was transferred through direct and segmented demonstration of the sequence of actions, methods and forms of using visual modeling.  

The teacher noted that the implementation of an innovative approach in teaching economic disciplines allows:

– combine theory and practice, objectively reflecting the reality reproduced in the tasks;

– to develop students’ interest in understanding the economic picture of the world, the need to learn new things;

– to develop the qualities necessary for a modern specialist (diligence, rationality, thrift, prudence, independence, responsibility, etc.);

– to cultivate ethical traits (honesty, respect for the opinions of others, curiosity, etc.).

In the practical part of the master class, a quiz “Management Experts” was held, where teachers took an active part.

The result of the work leaves a favorable impression, goals and objectives have been achieved. This teaching experience can be recommended for further use by colleagues.
