On February 16, 2022, the city Olympiad among 11th grade students of Kazakh and Russian schools in mathematics and computer Science was held at the Department of “Natural Science Disciplines” of the West Kazakhstan Innovative Technological University.

The purpose of the Olympiad is to increase students’ interest and activity in the subject while developing their thinking, computer literacy and business skills, cognitive abilities, and logical literacy.

7 students from each school took part in the Olympiad in mathematics and computer science, in particular, №44 GS, SS №30, SS №7, SS  №9, SS №21,  SS №39,  SS №6, SS №17, SS №2, GS №28, SS №46, SS №33, LS №27, LS №41, SS №44, GS №34, SS №43, LS №38, SS №10, SS №22, students of the GS in the Waldorf direction.

The members of the winning teams were awarded certificates and diplomas with discounts of 25, 20, 15, 10 percent for 1 year of study at the West Kazakhstan Innovative Technological University.

Teachers of mathematics and computer science from each participating school were awarded letters of thanks for preparing students for the Olympiad.
