On February 10, 2023, students of the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Languages and Management of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University held a charity concert “My old people are my precious treasure” in the nursing home of the West Kazakhstan region. The main goal of the event is to teach young people to respect and listen to their elders, to honor the traditions of their people, to cultivate kindness and decency in them. The participants of the event read poetry, performed national dances and songs. In addition, students handed out free gifts and products collected for 80 disabled people living in this institution. The charity concert was very warmly welcomed by the elderly and disabled, medical workers of this institution. At the end of the concert, they thanked the students for this action.
