From February 17 to 19, 2026, the Department of Energy, Automation, and Computing Technology organized the annual subject Olympiad for 3rd-year students. The participating programs were: 6В07102 – Electric Power Engineering, 6В07105 – Automation and Control (by sectors), and 6В06104 – Computer Engineering and Information Systems. The Olympiad consisted of 2 rounds: 56 students participated in the 1st round, and 24 students advanced to the 2nd round.

Based on the results, three prize-winning places were awarded for each program:

– 6В07102 – Electric Power Engineering:

1st place – Serik Tileukhan Aymuratuly, EL-31 group; Takhambetov Nurdaulet Nurlanovich, EL-32O group.

2nd place – Bisenbayev Abu Ashaduly, EL-31O group.

3rd place – Oryngali Arafat Bayangaliuly, EL-31O group.
