As part of the week of science, on 13th of January 2023, a scientific seminar was held at the Department of General Educational Disciplines of EHF of West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, with the aim of summarizing the research work of the faculty for 2022. The prospects for the development of scientific activities of teachers of the department for 2023 were discussed. At scientific seminar, reports were heard on complex and initiative topics, the final report of the candidate at SSTU named after Gagarina Yu.A. Kurmanova Zh.B. on the research topic “National language as a mechanism of socio-cultural changes of the Kazakh ethnos”. Based on the results of the scientific seminar, a decision was made on the need of conclusion of economic agreements with organizations and the admission to the Doctor’s degree course of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
