On April 10, 2026, the Department of Architecture and Construction, within the framework of the educational program 6B07303 – “Land Management and Cadastre,” held a round table on the topic “Organizational Structure of a Government Body” in accordance with the plan.

The event was attended by the Head of the Department of the RSE “Department for Land Resources Management of the West Kazakhstan Region of the Committee for Land Resources Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan” A.A. Mukayev, the Director of LLP “Topography” R.E. Gaysin, as well as students of the educational program 6B07303 – “Land Management and Cadastre” and Senior Lecturers responsible for organizing the round table, Koybagarova L.T. and Izbasova G.Sh.

During the round table, the organizational structure of a government body in the field of land resource management, as well as issues of interaction between government institutions and production organizations, were discussed.

During the discussion, participants examined the structural features of government bodies, the distribution of functions among departments, and the role of territorial divisions in the land resource management system. Particular attention was paid to cooperation with specialized organizations performing geodetic and topographic work, including the use of modern technologies such as unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) to improve the accuracy and efficiency of geospatial data collection.

Following the meeting, the importance of further strengthening cooperation between government bodies and production enterprises was emphasized, along with the implementation of modern geoinformation technologies and unmanned systems to enhance the efficiency of land resource management.
