On April 18, 2024, a round table was held at the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University on the topic: “Current issues of law enforcement” with the participation of lecturers of the department of social disciplines and physical culture and representatives of law enforcement agencies.

The round table participants discussed issues related to the adoption of the Constitutional Law “On the Prevention of Domestic Violence,” as well as issues related to the specifics of considering administrative cases against minors, issues of interaction with internal affairs bodies in the process of protecting the rights of minors, identifying common positions and problems, ways their decisions. The speakers emphasized that in order to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of minors who have violated the law or are in need of care and assistance from the state, coordinated work of government bodies and public organizations is necessary. The creation of a juvenile justice system makes it possible to strengthen the stability of society and actively influence the processes occurring in youth circles.

During the round table, participants actively asked questions of interest, experts gave comprehensive answers.
