EDP HUB Publishing House (Kazakhstan), in partnership with the international publishing house IPR Media (Russia), has announced the winners of the 3rd National Contest “Global SciCall: Fund of New Knowledge.” The results were officially presented on March 5, 2026, during an online ceremony featuring organizers, experts, and participants.
In the 2025/2026 cycle, the project brought together nearly 300 educators from universities and TVET colleges across Kazakhstan. A panel of 30 distinguished experts, including Doctors of Sciences and professors, evaluated textbooks and monographs submitted in Kazakh, English, and Russian. A total of 21 winners and 44 prize-winners were selected across six categories.
Excellence in Agricultural Sciences
The agricultural sector demonstrated exceptional quality this year. In the category “Best Educational Publication in Agriculture, Forestry, and Veterinary Medicine,” the 2nd Place (Silver Winner) was awarded to:
- “Technology for the Production of Goat Breeding Products: A Textbook”
- Authors: G. Esengaliev (WKITU), M.T. Nuraliev, and T.E. Kenzhebayeva (K.U. Medeubekov Research Institute of Sheep Breeding).
In the “Best Scientific Publication (Monograph)” category, the prize-winner title was awarded to:
- “Scientific Foundations and Practical Methods for Increasing Goat Down Production in Kazakhstan”
- Authors: G. Esengaliev(WKITU) and M.T. Nuraliev. (K.U. Medeubekov Research Institute of Sheep Breeding).
Contest organizer Gulzhauar Bikzhanova emphasized that the project continues to fulfill its core mission: building a robust foundation of educational materials to support the academic process in the Republic of Kazakhstan while empowering talented authors.
