On November 17, 2017, the Zaman youth public association, with the support of the Department for youth policy of the West Kazakhstan region, organized and hosted the creative festival “Zhana tolkyn-2017” among university students of Uralsk. The main goal of this event is the propaganda and support of the program of the Head of state Nazarbayev N.A. “Bolashakka bagdar: rukhani zhangyru” . The contest consisted of 10 nominations. As a result of the contest, students of our university, in 9 nominations, were winners and prize-winners and took the II team place.
