From March 16 to 20, 2026, second-year students of the educational program 6B07205 “Food Technology and Safety” successfully completed a specialized 40-hour advanced training course at LLP “Prom Resource Educational Center.”

The training program was aimed at developing professional competencies, deepening theoretical knowledge, and applying it in practice under conditions максимально близких к реальному производству (as close as possible to real production). During the course, students became familiar with modern technologies in the food industry and studied key aspects of ensuring safety and implementing quality management systems.

Particular attention was paid to such areas as calculating the cost of raw materials, quality control, the structure and operating principles of technological equipment, ensuring product quality stability, as well as occupational health and safety issues. The practical part of the course included tasks simulating real production processes, which enabled students to consolidate their knowledge and develop professional skills.

The course concluded with a successful final assessment, after which all participants were awarded certificates of the established standard confirming their qualifications.

The implementation of this course became an important stage in the training of future specialists, contributing to the development of their professional readiness to work in the field of producing high-quality and safe food products.
