On March 15, 2024, the Department of Law conducted a practice-oriented lesson with students of the educational program 6B04202 Jurisprudence, 6B04203 – Legal regulation of transportation, movement and operation of transport” and 6B04203 “Judicial and prosecutorial activities”.

Within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation, the senior investigator of the Department of Inquiry of the DP of the West Kazakhstan Region, Lieutenant Colonel of the police Kindikhov Mirzhan Izhanovich, jointly held a guest lecture for 2nd year students on the practice-oriented topic “Features of the inspection of the scene of an accident in road accidents” within the framework of the schedule of events.

The purpose of the lesson was the formation of practical skills in the discipline of criminal procedure law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic “Investigative actions”.

The lecturer, Police Lieutenant Colonel Kindikhov M. I., gave the students very informative and comprehensive information about the problem of road accidents at the present stage, as a result of which injuries and human deaths occurred. The main causes of traffic accidents were also noted – speeding and low culture of driving by drivers.

During traffic accidents, the inspection of the scene noted that the investigative action plays a key role in identifying the main criminal offense.

The students asked questions on investigative actions of interest to them and received comprehensive answers from the lecturer.
