On September 23, 2022, a practice-oriented lesson was held with students of the educational program 6B04202 Jurisprudence of the Faculty of Engineering and Humanities.

The lesson was conducted by Police Major Kurmatov Darkhan Khairullayevich, investigator of the Investigative Department of the Police Department of the West Kazakhstan region. Lesson topic: “The procedure for making submissions under Article 200 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Inspection of the scene”.

During the lesson, D.H. Kurmatov told about the examination, investigative experiments, investigative actions during the inspection of the scene. Issues such as types of research, identification of the criminal, methods and methods of identification were disclosed. The students were shown a forensic kit and given a detailed description of devices, substances for taking fingerprints.

With great interest, future lawyers also got acquainted with current legal problems, asked questions about the practical work of investigators.

The Department of Law of the Faculty of Engineering and Humanities will continue the practice of inviting employees of the Investigative Department of the WKO Police Department to conduct training sessions for students of OP 6B04202 Jurisprudence and 6B04203 Legal regulation of the organization of transportation and traffic.
