West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University organized career guidance meetings in urban and rural schools to help prospective students make informed decisions about their future professions. The events were held at Secondary School № 30 named after Hiuaz Dospanova, Secondary School № 36 named after M.B. Ikhsanov, School-Lyceum № 38 named after Aliya Moldagulova, Secondary School № 39, Secondary School № 51, and Krugloozernoe Secondary School.

During the meetings, university specialists provided students with detailed information about the university’s educational programs, in-demand specialties, grant opportunities, social support for students, and academic prospects. In addition, graduates were introduced to the most relevant professions in today’s labor market and the importance of becoming competitive specialists in the future.

University representatives held open discussions with students, answered their questions, and shared useful advice. Special attention was given to choosing a profession based on personal interests and abilities, properly planning professional development, and understanding the value of quality education.

During the events, students also learned about the university’s material and technical facilities, modern laboratories, organization of practical classes, international programs, and the unique aspects of student life. The meetings were conducted in an open and engaging atmosphere, increasing students’ interest in higher education and strengthening their confidence in the future.

Such career guidance activities help young people choose the right profession and confidently plan their future. West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University will continue its active career guidance work and strengthen cooperation with schools in the region.
