Deputy Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the West Kazakhstan Region Khairov Dauren Yerikkuli held a meeting on October 08, 2026 at the West Kazakhstan Innovative Technological University with graduate students of a higher educational institution on the topic “Zhana talap” of the school of public administration.

Khairov D.E. explained in detail about the available vacancies corresponding to all educational programs of the institute, as well as the current model based on the principles of meritocracy, that is, recognition of merit in the selection and promotion of personnel, increasing the efficiency, objectivity and transparency of the competitive selection procedure for public service. He also provided information to students about the implemented modern mechanisms that ensure an effective and transparent procedure for entering the civil service, the procedure for taking tests, evaluating personal qualities and passing interviews, and the benefits and benefits provided for civil servants. At the end of the meeting, which showed the active interest of students in the information provided, Khairov D.E. was asked a lot of questions, to which clear answers were received.
