On March 11, 2021, at the pedagogical faculty of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, the ceremonial opening of the Ethnopedagogical office named after professor Kozhakhmetova Klara Zhatorekyzy, the Methodical office, and the office of preschool education technologies took place.
This event was attended by representatives of regional and city education departments, heads of schools and kindergartens, faculty of the university, undergraduates and students.

The ethnopedagogical office named after Klara Zhantorekyzy is of great cognitive and educational value for students and undergraduates. There are three stands in the office, which define the scientist’s credo – “I inherited the education of my people.” On the first stand – a short biography of professor K. Kozhakhmetova, on the second stand – the directions of research of the scientific school she formed, on the third stand – a photo exhibition “Life embodied in science” with information about the scientific research and activities of the professor.
Particular attention is paid to popularizing the scientist’s rich heritage in the field of ethnopedagogy among young scientists. For this, in the form of a small library fund, monographs, textbooks, teaching aids and methodological works of professor Kozhakhmetova K.Zh. and her students.
“Methodical office”
This room is specially equipped for organizing lectures on teaching methods, independent work of students, independent work of a teacher with students, methodological seminars, methodological competitions, round tables, meetings. Students also have the opportunity to consult with methodologists outside of the classroom. The cabinet is intended for in-depth study of the current updated educational program. The wall stands are adorned with information about the features of the updated educational content. Concise and accurate information is presented so that students can remember the features and benefits of the content of the updated education.
This office is equipped with high-speed internet. Study tables in the classroom are arranged using interactive teaching technology. It is very convenient for students to work in groups and pairs.

The purpose of the “The office of preschool education technologies” is to provide methodological assistance to teachers in the development of professional competencies and their professional self-improvement, coordination of scientific, methodological and innovative work.
Tasks:
- Methodological and material and technical support of teachers working on the educational program “Preschool education and upbringing”.
- Providing methodological assistance in improving the quality of teaching disciplines in the educational program “Preschool education and upbringing”;
- Scientific and methodological support of the process of teaching and upbringing of students.
- Organization and holding of events, seminars, scientific conferences, trainings, round tables aimed at developing pedagogical skills together with students and undergraduates.
- Study of innovations in the field of preschool education, the introduction of new information technologies.
- Organization of mentoring of future young specialists, contributing to their professional development.
