The 2025-2026 academic year at ZKITU began with the opening of a new educational program, 6V07205 – Food Technology and Safety. To ensure successful and effective training in this field, bilateral long-term agreements were signed between the West Kazakhstan Innovative Technology University and regional enterprises. One of the important contracts concluded is the contract with the Aghayyn A.A. collective farm, which is a large agricultural enterprise in the region with a strong material and technical base. The cooperative includes more than 25 peasant farms in the region.

The practical experience gained during practical classes at the department’s branch and during students’ professional practice will provide the younger generation with high-quality higher education and training for highly qualified and competitive specialists in the field of food production and safety.
