On December 2, 2025, senior lecturers of the “Oil and Gas Engineering” department, M.Қ. Kiikbayev, A.K. Kadiraliev, and Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor K.A. Ikhsanov, conducted career guidance events at schools No. 10, No. 20, and No. 30. The goal was to introduce students to professions and educational opportunities in the oil and gas industry.

During the meetings, students received information about university programs, the specifics of engineering professions, and future employment prospects. The lecturers provided practical examples and explained modern technologies and production processes. Students actively participated, asked questions, and showed interest in the topic. They were especially intrigued by the role of innovation and science in the oil and gas industry and how they could engage in modern production processes.

These events gave teenagers not only theoretical knowledge but also career guidance, helping them plan their future consciously. The department plans to continue such initiatives regularly, attracting new talents to the oil and gas industry.
