On February 1, 2023, at the invitation of the faculty of the Department of “Power Engineering, Automation and Computer Engineering”, a meeting of students of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd courses of EP: 6B07102 “Electric Power Industry”, 6B07105 “Automation and Control (by industry)” and teachers with an expert of Kazenergoexpertiza LLP Markin Pavel Alexandrovich took place at the university.

The expert spoke about the work of energy auditors in the West Kazakhstan region. All state institutions and large enterprises must be checked every 5 years to obtain an energy passport.

Pavel Alexandrovich’s students listened with fascinating interest: his stories about his studies, about his first experience, about the work of a thermal power plant. The expert had a dialogue with the audience. The students asked interesting questions, and P.A. Markin also asked questions, to which the students answered with dignity.
