On the 4th of March, 2025, senior teachers, Masters of the Department of General Education Razakhova F.Zh., Kurmanova Zh.B. as part of the plan of the school of pedagogical mastery, a master class was held on the topic “Innovative approach to self-realization of scientific personnel”. The purpose of the master class is to transfer personal professional experience to colleagues, unique developments in the field of scientific and pedagogical activity, increase the motivation of future doctoral students in mastering the technology of passing entrance exams. At the beginning of this event, the 2nd year doctoral student of Zhubanov University. Zh. Kurmanova, in her presentation, shared the main stages of scientific activity: preparation of graduate students, psychosocial preparation for scientific activity, management of scientific activity, methodology of scientific research. Than, Razakhova F.Zh. made a presentation, sharing her personal experience of entering the doctoral program at Hitit University (Turkey), informing about scientific research methods, writing philosophical assumptions in qualitative and quantitative research, Google Scholar, Research Gate programs for searching for dissertation materials.
