On April 18, 2024, at the Department of Law of the Institute of Industrial Technologies of the ZKITU, students of the educational programs 6B04202 “Jurisprudence”, 6B04207 “Judicial and prosecutorial activities”, 6B04203 “Legal regulation of the organization of transportation, movement and operation of transport” by the senior investigator of the Investigative Department of the DP in the West Kazakhstan region, police Lieutenant Colonel N.U. Bekmashev, according to a Memorandum of cooperation between ZKITU and the Police Department held a guest lecture on the topic “Tactics and methods of investigating crimes against the person”.

In his speech, the lecturer, who specializes in the investigation of such criminal cases, revealed in detail the specifics of the investigation of serious crimes against the person, namely the murder of a person, inflicting bodily injuries of varying severity, kidnapping and others. Cases of this category cause a serious threat to the life and health of citizens, have a public resonance

Accordingly, they require a prompt, thorough investigation of all the circumstances of the crime that occurred. The investigator said that today, when investigating cases of this category, employees of the criminal police, the local police, and the operational forensic service work closely together.
