On 05/03/2023, students of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University on the basis of dual training were given an online lecture with the Master of Law, Head of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of the Aktobe Law Institute named after M. Bukenbaev of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, police colonel Sakhanova Nelli Talapovna in the discipline “Criminal Procedural Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan” on the topic: “General conditions and rules of investigation at the stage of pre-trial investigation.” The online lecture was held according to the plan of educational programs “Jurisprudence” and “Law Enforcement”, organized by instructors of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, Masters of Law Gabdulov A.Zh. and Sarsenova A.Zh..

  The lecture was attended by law enforcers of the investigative and criminal departments of the PD of Uralsk PD WKR and law enforcers of the prosecutor’s office of Uralsk.

During the lecture, the students were explained the basics of registration of a pre-trial investigation and the conduct of investigative actions used during the investigation, as well as the general conditions and methods of their application. Students asked questions on the analysis of problematic issues that arise in investigative activities, receiving comprehensive answers from the lecturer. At the end of the lecture, expressing his gratitude to the organizers of the event and the lecturer, delivered a speech the senior prosecutor of the Uralsk Prosecutor’s Office Utemisov M.R.
