On September 22, 2026, an information and orientation meeting was held at the Department of Transport and Technologies with the participation of first-year students, academic advisors, and A. K. Dzhubayaliyeva, Head of the Registrar’s Office.

The main purpose of the meeting was to familiarize first-year students with the specific features of the educational process at a higher education institution and to explain the basic principles of the credit-based learning system.

As part of the event, a lecture on “Credit-Based Learning Technology” was delivered. The students received detailed information about the concept of academic credits, study workload, opportunities to choose courses, the formation of an individual learning trajectory, and the student assessment system.

Particular attention was also paid to effective planning of the educational process, regular attendance of classes, timely completion of independent work, and compliance with academic requirements.

During the meeting, students asked questions of interest to them and received detailed answers from the specialists. The event was held in an open discussion format, which enabled students to adapt to the new learning system and organize their educational process effectively at the university.
