From September 16 to 23, the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University (ZKITU) hosted its annual Open Days. The large-scale event brought together 11th-grade students from schools across Oral and the West Kazakhstan region. For graduating students, the Open Days became a valuable opportunity to get to know the university, explore future career paths and learn more about student life.During the event, students were introduced to WKITU’s educational programs, majors, modern learning opportunities and student facilities. University representatives answered students’ questions and shared useful advice on choosing a future profession. One of the special guests was Ақболат Өтебаев, an actor of the “Nazar Audar” theatre and a prominent WKITU graduate. He spoke with students in an informal atmosphere, shared his personal experience and delivered an inspiring talk about setting goals, believing in yourself and pursuing your dreams with determination.The program also featured performances by popular local artists Rysbek and Assyl&Kesha, bringing energy, positive emotions and a memorable atmosphere to the event. The Open Days became more than just an introduction to the university — they turned into a platform for inspiration, new connections and making meaningful decisions about the future.Today’s applicant is tomorrow’s professional!
