Every year, WKITU IIT graduates young specialists in more than 15 educational programs with high theoretical knowledge and practical skills that really contribute to competitiveness in the labor market. For successful employment of graduates, the Department of practice and employment organizes such events as the “Job Fair”, collects information about vacancies, which it brings to the attention of graduates of the current year and early years, posting on the university’s website and in many social networks. The results of the work of the Department of practice and employment for the employment of young professionals can be estimated by the number of employed, which is 75%.

According to individual educational programs, such as: “Technological machines and equipment”, “Construction”, “Oil and gas engineering”, “Electric power industry”, the percentage of employed is more than 80. It should also be noted that the employment of masters in the educational program “Oil and gas engineering” is 90%.
