Scientists of the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Technosphere Safety of IIТ ZKITU took an active part in the national scientific and practical conference with international participation “National priorities for the development of the agro-industrial complex”. The conference was held online at Orenburg State Agrarian University with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and brought together leading scientists from partner universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.

The welcoming speech at the plenary session was delivered by Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor of ZKITU Baitlesov E.U., who in his scientific report reflected the topical issues of the development and implementation of promising biotechnological methods of cattle reproduction in the Western region of Kazakhstan.

During the work of the national scientific and practical conference with international participation, issues of the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation were discussed. The issues of development and implementation of joint projects aimed at solving educational, technological and research tasks were touched upon and discussed. The issues of conducting joint scientific research of the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Technosphere Safety of the IOT of the ZKITU and the Department of Non-communicable Animal Diseases of the OGAU were discussed.

Following the conference, the participants agreed to continue cooperation in order to develop and strengthen cooperation between the two universities within the framework of the Agreement on Cooperation in the field of Science and Education.
