On April 18, 2025, students of the educational programs “Standardization and Certification”, “Life Safety and Environmental Protection” visited the House Museum dedicated to the memory of Yemelyan Pugachev. The museum has been operating since 1991 and is of historical value, it is an architectural monument of national significance.
The students learned the history of the Pugachev House from its construction in the middle of the 18th century to the present day. We got acquainted with a real Cossack farmstead -with a kitchen, a stable, a well, a cellar, fishing gear and other attributes of Cossack life. At one time, the museum was visited by such great people as A.S. Pushkin, V.I. Dahl, V.G. Korolenko.
Knowledge of the history of their region allows students to analyze the events of the past, establish causal relationships between certain events, understand the facts that have occurred, learn lessons and form their critical thinking, be erudite and literate people, and love their Homeland.
