Starting from April 2, a Digital Literacy course is being conducted as part of the “Silver University” project, organized by the Department of Energy, Automation and Computer Engineering.

The course is aimed at developing participants’ digital skills and helping them confidently use modern technologies in everyday life.

During the training, participants learn the basics of working with computers, operating systems, and file management. Special attention is given to using the internet and online services, including effective information search, working with browsers, and email communication.

A separate module focuses on cybersecurity, covering personal data protection, creating strong passwords, and methods of preventing online fraud.

The program also includes cloud technologies for storing and managing files, as well as online communication tools such as video calls and digital communication etiquette.

Participants will gain basic knowledge of financial literacy in the digital environment, including online banking and secure payment methods. In addition, the course introduces modern educational and entertainment resources such as online courses and digital platforms.

The course is designed for participants of the “Silver University” project, as well as for anyone interested in improving their digital literacy and mastering modern technologies.
