On February 4, 2026, a meeting between police and prosecutors with students was held at the Institute of Education and Management of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University as part of the “Law and Order” concept. The meeting was titled “Law and Order – the Foundation of Our State.”. During the meeting, the prosecutor of the Uralsk city prosecutor’s office, Tuganbay Bolat Aylzhanuly, and the head of the cybercrime investigation department of the Uralsk city police department, Baetov Chingizkhan Erbulatovich, presented substantive reports. Major Rafkhat Shmidovich Musagaliev, Head of the Abay Police Department’s Regional Clinical Hospital, explained current issues related to youth crime prevention, cybersecurity, common types of online fraud, and protection methods. In addition, Major of Police Bakhtiyar Ermuratovich Dzhetpispayev, Head of the Main Juvenile Justice Department of the Uralsk City Police Department, presented a report on “Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency,” sharing important information and recommendations for young people. The event concluded with Ayanbek Imanbaevich Abekeshev, Vice-Rector for Educational Work and ZKITU Compliance Officer, who provided students with valuable advice on legal liability and safety culture. At the end of the meeting, students asked questions, discussed aspects of improving legal awareness, ensuring online security and personal responsibility, and watched videos prepared by legal education specialists.
