From April 6 to 8, 2026, faculty members of the Institute of Industrial Technologies of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University conducted career guidance meetings with 11th-grade students in the Bokey Orda District.

The events were attended by Professor of the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Technosphere Safety, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences Baitlesov E.U., and Head of the Department, Candidate of Chemical Sciences Baitlesova L.I. The meetings were held at schools in the villages of Saykhin, Khan Ordasy, and Bisen, covering a total of 88 graduates.

Students were provided with detailed information about WKITU’s educational programs, material and technical base, admission requirements, academic mobility opportunities, and graduates’ employment prospects.

During the career guidance meetings, special attention was given to admission to educational grants. Students were explained the rules for participating in the state educational grant competition, requirements for the results of the Unified National Testing, the application procedure, as well as opportunities to obtain vacant and other educational grants during their studies. Information was also provided about internal student support, academic benefits, and incentive measures.

The advantages of studying, including the availability of a military department, as well as student dormitory accommodation and comfortable living conditions, were also emphasized.

Following the meetings, a high level of interest among students was noted: graduates actively participated in discussions, asked questions, and expressed a strong desire to enroll in WKITU, considering the university a top choice for higher education.
