On March 11, 2026, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law of the Institute of Sectoral Technologies at the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University, E.A. Karagoyshiev, held a meeting with 11th-grade students of Krugloozernaya Secondary School as part of a career guidance program.

The main purpose of the event was to provide school graduates with comprehensive information about opportunities for admission to higher education institutions, introduce them to the university’s educational programs, and assist them in choosing their future profession.

During the meeting, the students were provided with detailed information about the history and activities of the university, its educational programs, the specifics of the academic process, student life, and the opportunities available to students. It was noted that the university is a modern higher education institution that trains highly qualified specialists in various fields.

Particular attention was given to the educational programs of the Department of Law. Students were informed about the importance of the legal profession, its demand in the modern labor market, as well as the prospects for professional growth and development.

The graduates were also informed about the conditions for admission to higher education institutions, admission requirements based on the results of the Unified National Testing, and opportunities for studying on both grant-funded and tuition-based programs.

During the meeting, the students were able to ask questions of interest and receive detailed answers regarding university admission, choosing a specialty, and student life.

Such career guidance events contribute to the development of a conscious approach among school graduates when choosing their future profession and increase their interest in obtaining higher education.

As a result of the meeting, the students received the necessary information about the university’s educational opportunities and prospects for further study.
