On November 12, 2024, career guidance work was carried out by the leading specialist of the department of career guidance and admission, K.K. Zhaniyarov and senior lecturer of the Department of Architecture and Construction, A.T. Taskaliev, at secondary school № 14 in the village of Zhelaevo and in schools of the rural district of Baikonys in the Bayterek district.

Choosing a profession is a multi—step process that continues throughout a person’s life.

The process of professional orientation should be carried out long before admission to university — within the walls of the school. On this basis, subjects for the UNT are already being selected. However, professional self-determination is quite difficult, it presupposes sufficient personal experience and personal maturity.

The right professional choice is possible only on the basis of professional self-determination, the core of which is professional identity.
