The Department of Finance and Economics of the Institute of Education and Management of WKITU systematically carries out career guidance work with pupils of secondary schools in the city and region.

On January 25, 2024, senior lecturers of the Department of Finance and Economics Fedorchenko L.V. and Islyamov R.S. visited secondary school No. 7, met with graduating students. The total number of graduates of this school is 106 pupils. During the meeting, students were told the history of our university, its competitive advantages, presented modern educational technologies practiced at the institute, the conditions for admission and training, and were distributed advertising sheets. To attract applicants, they gave characteristics of the educational programs of the institute. The graduates listened to this information with interest, looked through the advertising sheets, and asked questions that interested them.
