On April 12, 2024, associate Professor, Ph.D. Ihsanov K.A. and senior lecturer Kalesheva G.E. conducted a binary lesson with students of the ND-22O group of the educational program 6B07201-Oil and Gas business.
Binary study is one of the forms of integration of disciplines and the implementation of interdisciplinary connections. The main purpose of the binary lesson is the systematization and generalization of existing knowledge, the formation of a holistic perception of the studied material. In the initial part of the lesson, the senior lecturer Kalesheva G.E. led the students studied rock samples, determined the filtration and capacitance properties of rocks. We got acquainted with the methods of production of borehole products and the movement of liquid in reservoir conditions and in the borehole. In the second part of the lesson, K.A. Ihsanov taught, where students got acquainted with the system of collecting and preparing well products, the principles of operation of oil and gas separators.
Sometimes monotonous, boring, monotonous classes – binary classes become interesting and exciting, students were active throughout the lesson. In addition, binary classes have a huge educational potential, form a belief in the coherence of disciplines and the integrity of the world, and allow you to integrate knowledge from different fields to solve one problem. These classes provide an opportunity to activate the thinking of students, apply the knowledge gained in practice.
