On March 1-2, 2024, an international seminar-meeting dedicated to the development of youth policy was held at Toraigyrov University in Pavlodar. More than two hundred representatives of universities in Kazakhstan, as well as near and far abroad, leading experts in the field of higher education and youth policy, including representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, took part in the plenary sessions.

The event was attended by acting head of the Department of educational work and social issues of the Institute of Education and Management of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University Nurmanova A.K. and the chairmen of the Youth Affairs Committee – 2nd year student of EP “Cultural and leisure work” Turegalieva A.E., 2nd year student of EP “Architecture” Mamutova S.A.

During the seminar, the basics of spiritual education of the younger generation and the formation of personality and building a fair society were discussed in accordance with the concept of Abai Kunanbaev “Integral man”. In addition, the Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akerke Abylaikhan met with student activists, listened to opinions and discussed youth projects. The seminar was attended by representatives of not only the country’s universities, but also the German Anhalt University, Palacky University and Baku Slavic University, and the chairman of the Republican Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan Ulan Nauken. In the future, it is planned to organize such seminars on personality formation.
