On December 20, 2025, the Tajik State University of Commerce organized an International scientific and practical conference on “Ways to Improve the Level of Foreign Language Acquisition (Russian and English) and Ways to Improve the Quality of Teacher Delivery of These Lessons.” The event was held as part of the approved cooperation program with the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University.

Matzhanova Gulvira Zhusupovna, Candidate of Philology and associate professor, participated in the conference as an official representative of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University. She presented a scientific paper on “The Implementation of Lesson Study in English Language Teaching in Kazakhstan.” In her presentation, the speaker highlighted the experience of implementing the Lesson Study method in English language teaching, emphasizing its role in improving the quality of teaching and teacher professional development.

The conference became a significant international scientific platform for exchanging experiences, discussing current issues in language education, and further strengthening interuniversity cooperation.
