The Institute of Education and Management at West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University (WKITU) has launched a professional development course on “Management and Leadership in Educational Institutions” (in Kazakh and Russian). The course is 120 hours long.

The program for this course has been approved by the Expert Council of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is included in the register (Protocol No. 40 dated April 23, 2026).

The author of the course program is Kataev Yerdan Sovetovich, PhD, Associate Professor at West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University.

The purpose of the course program is to develop a value-based understanding of management activities in educational institution managers, as well as the leadership qualities and management competencies necessary for effective management in education.

The course is available in both in-person and online formats. The Institute of Education and Management invites teachers and educational institution managers who wish to enhance their professional qualifications to participate in this course.
