On the eve of the Children’s Day holiday, the Department of Oil and Gas Engineering organized a charity event “Kind Heart” with a visit by senior teachers of the department: G.E. Kalesheva and T.N. Uteeva to the Municipal State Institution “Regional Special Complex “Boarding School – College” for children with intellectual disabilities.

During the meeting with the children, there was a congratulation on the upcoming holiday, a wish to the children: may they never get sick, may every day bring them new knowledge and discoveries, may the carefree time of childhood last as long as possible and may they be the happiest! Each child was presented with gifts.

As Oscar Wilde said: “Every child is a genius. But if he is judged by his ability to bake a pie, he will live his whole life thinking about himself stupidly.” We, adults, must become a support and mentor for these children, open up new horizons for them and help them find their place in society.
