On April 20, 2026, the Department of Law of the Institute of Sectoral Technologies at the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University organized and held a scientific student conference on the topic “Youth and Law: Modern Scientific Research.”

The event was conducted as part of the decade dedicated to the Day of Science. Its main purpose was to promote the research activities of faculty members and students, discuss current legal issues, and exchange academic experience. In addition, special attention was given to the introduction of innovative technologies into the educational process, as well as to the prospects for the development of science and legal practice.

Students of the department and their academic supervisors actively participated in the conference. During the event, students presented reports in the fields of civil, criminal, administrative, and international law, addressing contemporary legal challenges.

Based on the results of the conference, the best reports were selected and the winners were awarded:

3rd place – Kuanysh Rasul Kaysaruly, Kushanova Karina Zheniskyzy
