The purpose of the interaction between employers and university students is to transfer accumulated knowledge to future specialists, prepare them for work in a real production environment, set the pace for professional development, and demonstrate possible career paths.

For this purpose, Gulnaz Zhanatkalievna Zhumagulova, Head of the Laboratory at LLP “Zhaiyk-Astyk”, was invited to deliver a lecture for students of the educational program “Technology and Food Safety”.

Within the framework of the lecture titled “Quality Control at Food Industry Enterprises,” students received a great deal of informative and relevant knowledge.

During the lecture, issues related to the organization of quality control at food enterprises were thoroughly discussed, as well as the application of international and national standards in the activities of food safety laboratories. Particular attention was paid to the standardization system and regulatory requirements in force in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Students became familiar with modern laboratory control methods, the principles of ensuring product safety, and the role of regulatory documentation in preventing risks associated with food production.

By sharing her knowledge and many years of professional experience, the industry specialist made a valuable contribution to the development of students’ professional competencies. Direct communication with a production specialist provided students with a unique opportunity to receive answers to their questions regarding product quality.
