On January 27, Tambov State Technical University and West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology held a joint international round table “Scientific and educational projects of technological leadership of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.” The event was attended by representatives of the leadership and leading departments of both universities.
The meeting allowed the parties to identify priority areas of joint work. During the discussion, the readiness to launch the programs of additional professional education “Lean Technologies” and “Automation of production processes”, which will be implemented by TSTU teachers for the staff of WKITU, was confirmed.
One of the key results was the decision to start joint scientific work on the project “Improving the technological process of dosing, mixing and transportation of bulk materials.” The project will be held by Ainur Kazhiyakhmetova (WKITU) and head of Agroengineering department ( TSTU) Sergey Vedishchev.
Plans for the current year include the organization of advanced training programs for WKITU staff in the areas of Automation and Control and Computing and Information Systems. The participants also agreed to strengthen cooperation in the field of preparing joint publications for participation in scientific projects.
During the round table, the parties exchanged experiences in conducting academic mobility programs in online form in the areas of Architecture, Construction and Transport Technologies, discussing opportunities for their further development.
The dialogue between TSTU and WKITU demonstrated mutual interest in strengthening partnership aimed at developing educational and scientific ties, sharing best practices and implementing innovative projects.
