On January 29, 2026, the Institute of Education and Management hosted a guest lecture delivered by Bakhytkul Musaeva Manasova, an international trainer, Level I psychologist-psychotherapist, founder of the Resource Academy Psychological Center, and Master of Psychological Sciences.

The meeting was organized by the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology under the coordination of Senior Lecturer G.A. Zhumagulova.

During the event, current issues in modern psychology and psychotherapy were discussed, along with resource-based approaches to personal and professional development. Participants had the opportunity to become acquainted with the speaker’s practical experience, ask questions, and discuss key aspects of psychological support.

The meeting was attended by faculty members, master’s students, and undergraduate students of the Institute. The event contributed to the expansion of participants’ professional outlook and strengthened their interest in practice-oriented areas of psychological science.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Bakhytkul Musaeva Manasova was presented with a Letter of Appreciation.
