February 23, 2023 at WKITU, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Ph.D. Nabidollina Sh.S. and master Giniyatova A.A. coaching “Professional development – the imperative of the times” was held. The purpose of coaching was to discuss changes in the education system and the tasks of teachers at the present stage of development. In the course of coaching, teachers selected methods and means to improve the educational and cognitive activity of students. Group work was aimed at identifying problems in the education system and discussing ways to solve them.
The groups chose to discuss the topics and strategies “Problems of modern education” (Bloom’s taxonomy), “Challenges in the education system and ways to overcome them” (Fishbone strategy), “Impeccable teacher” (RAFT strategy). Lively exchange of opinions, game technologies and group work helped to increase the emotional mood and the proper perception of the tasks of coaching.
